Flick Hands Hamza Abdelkarim His Breakthrough to Barcelona's Senior Squad

Egyptian prodigy Hamza Abdelkarim has reached a significant milestone at Spanish giants Barcelona, winning over German head coach Hansi Flick with his impressive performances during the club's pre-season camp. His dedication and hard work in training earned him the backing of the entire coaching staff, leading Flick to officially register him in the senior squad for both domestic and continental competitions.

The official website of the Spanish La Liga confirmed the player's registration wearing the number 29 shirt, making him eligible to feature in any La Liga fixture. Abdelkarim had moved to the Catalan club during the winter transfer window from Egyptian side Al Ahly, spending half a year in the youth ranks before his swift promotion to the first team.

Throughout the pre-season friendlies, the emerging striker established himself as a potent attacking option, finding the net four times in the opportunities afforded to him. He demonstrated clinical finishing inside the penalty area and earned widespread praise from fans and observers alike for his intelligent movement and consistent threat in front of goal.
